Riad Zeitoun Palace · case study
Luxury hospitality · React
The premium website of a boutique riad in Marrakech, built to convert into direct bookings.

The context
Riad Zeitoun Palace, a luxury guest house in the heart of the Marrakech medina, needed a site worthy of the experience: premium design, direct booking with no intermediary commission, and immediate Google visibility. The maths is simple: every booking placed through a marketplace leaves with its commission attached. The site therefore had to become the most direct and most reassuring way to book, not a brochure that sends people elsewhere.
The approach
- React + TypeScript + Vite, editorial luxury design.
- Built-in booking engine covering dates, guests and availability.
- Single-page booking flow: dates, number of guests and suite are all chosen without ever leaving the page being read.
- Full technical SEO: meta tags, sitemap, JSON-LD, performance.
- Lodging-type structured data, so suites, amenities and location are readable by a search engine and not only by a visitor.
- Six languages with localised content, not machine-translated boilerplate.
- Each language has its own URL and its own hreflang: a German visitor lands on the German version straight from search, with no automatic redirect based on their IP address.
- 6 suites presented with carefully built galleries, spa and hammam, restaurant.
- Photos served in AVIF and WebP with declared dimensions: the gallery stays sharp without the layout jumping while it loads.
