Every guide follows the same shape: the substance of the problem, a comparison with numbers, a verdict that commits, then the questions that come up once the decision is made.

These pages do not replace a scoping call. They exist so you arrive at that call with an opinion already formed, so the conversation is about your project rather than about generalities.

They are updated when the answer changes. A 2024 guide on mobile development would already be wrong on half of its arguments.
